The Town Hall Meeting is your opportunity to discuss the proposed budget (which was placed in church mailboxes February 25). At the town hall meeting, the deacon treasurer will review the proposed budget line by line, and review the church's financial situation in general. Usually one or both pastors, and several other elders, are in attendance as well, and can answer questions more geared toward church vision and direction.

Everyone is invited to attend the Town Hall meeting, whether you are a member, regular attendee, or new attendee. The meeting format is quite informal. We are usually done within 1-1.5 hours. Please consider attending this meeting if you want more clarification of any budget issue.
